The ideal candidate holds a CPA (or Master's in Taxation) with 6+ years of U.S. and international tax experience, strong ASC 740 knowledge, and deep familiarity with cross-border structures.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA and/or Master's in Taxation preferred.
• 6+ years of progressive U.S. and international tax experience.
• Strong knowledge of corporate taxation and cross-border reporting.
• Big Four, commodity trading, or financial services experience desirable.
• Experience with international tax planning and tax risk management.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills; ability to explain complex tax concepts clearly.

• Oversee federal, state, and local tax compliance, including multi-state filings.
• Manage expatriate and foreign asset reporting for individuals.
• Lead ASC 740 income tax accounting and related tax considerations.
• Evaluate state nexus exposure and reporting across jurisdictions.
• Coordinate with external advisors on international tax matters.
• Support Pillar Two compliance and evolving global tax regulations.
• Advise on expatriate and Puerto Rico tax considerations.
• Identify tax risks and planning opportunities across global operations.
