Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA required, Master’s in Taxation or JD/LLM a plus.
• 12+ years of progressive tax experience, including partnership taxation, international VAT, and cross-border withholding.
• Experience with multi-subsidiary corporate structures is required.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end tax compliance calendar across all entities, including federal, state, and international filings.
• Manage partnership tax matters, including K-1 preparation oversight, allocations, and partner-level reporting.
• Oversee U.S. federal and state income tax compliance and planning across multiple subsidiaries.
• Manage withholding tax obligations, including cross-border payments and related filings.
• Oversee international VAT compliance and registrations across applicable jurisdictions.
• Serve as primary point of contact for external tax advisors and auditors on tax matters.
• Identify and implement tax planning strategies to optimize the company's overall tax position.
