Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 3.0 overall GPA.
• Before starting full-time at PwC, eligible to sit for CPA exam in intended state.
• Client service intern positions are entry-level; typically third year.

Responsibilities

• Supporting tax teams in delivering comprehensive tax advice and planning.
• Participating in the preparation and review of corporate tax returns and compliance documents.
• Assisting in the analysis of complex tax regulations to optimize tax positions and minimize risks.
• Engaging in international tax planning and multistate tax compliance activities.
• Conducting tax research to support consulting projects and provide innovative solutions.
• Collaborating with team members to develop tax models and structures for clients.
• Contributing to the preparation of tax provisions and audits to validate compliance.
• Observing and learning from experienced tax professionals to enhance personal development.
• Applying data analytics to identify opportunities for tax optimization and efficiency.
