Orbiss Inc. is a tax and accounting firm helping US and international clients grow in the American market. As a Tax Associate you will prepare individual, estate, and fiduciary tax returns for US and non-US residents under the supervision of senior staff.

You will contribute to tax planning and collaboration with tax lawyers and wealth managers, including international forms 5471, 8865, 8858, 114. The role offers a hybrid work model from NYC, Boston, San Francisco, or Austin with a flexible

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or related field; CPA trajectory preferred.
• 1–2 years of general tax or accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare individual, estate and fiduciary tax returns for US and non-US residents under supervision.
• Service entrepreneurs and co-founders of corporate clients with net worth over $10M.
• Participate in tax planning and consultations with tax lawyers and wealth management firms.
• Prepare international tax forms including 5471, 8865, 8858, 114; training provided.
