Job summary

160over90, part of Publicis Groupe, is seeking a Senior Account Executive to manage global athlete and talent partnerships within the Talent & Partnerships team. This role reports to a Senior Talent Lead and involves day-to-day oversight, negotiation support, and cross-team collaboration to deliver multi-market programs.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in account management or talent partnerships, strong organizational skills, and the ability to travel.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3–5 years of experience in account management, talent partnerships, sports marketing, entertainment marketing, sponsorship or a related agency or client environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Talent Lead in the day-to-day management of a global portfolio of athlete, ambassador and talent partnerships.
• Serve as a key contact across internal teams, regional partners, talent representatives and other stakeholders, helping keep complex, multi-market workstreams moving.
• Support talent identification and vetting, including research, evaluation of potential partners and development of recommendations and supporting materials.
• Assist with talent negotiations and the contracting process, partnering with senior team members, talent representatives and legal stakeholders to move agreements forward.
• Manage talent partnership details throughout the lifecycle of an agreement, including onboarding, key milestones, contractual obligations, approvals, asset tracking, invoicing and payments.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with talent representatives, providing clear, timely communication and ensuring a positive working experience.
• Coordinate talent appearances and activations from planning through execution, including creating briefing materials, schedules, travel plans, transportation and on-site logistics.
