  • Global Coordination Lead: Coordinating across business units and geographies to deliver a shared experience, requiring flexibility, and highly skilled project management and organizational skills.

  • Project Management: Manages timelines, resources, and stakeholder needs to ensure successful execution.

  • Exposure to global or multi-geography program logistics is a strong plus

  • An interest in building a career in Talent Development — this role is a genuine launchpad

What Success Looks Like in This Role

In the first 90 days, this person will have built a solid understanding of the program structure, established relationships with participants and/or executive assistants and key vendors, and demonstrated ownership of the operational calendar.

Within six months, you are running the day-to-day logistics of the programs with minimal oversight, anticipating needs before they arise, catching problems before they elevate, and bringing a level of precision that reflects the caliber of the program's audiences.

This is a role for someone who takes genuine pride in excellent execution, understands the difference between done and done well, and thrives in an environment where attention to detail and discretion are required.

By managing the communications, logistics, and follow-through, you will be a key contributor to how these programs are flawlessly delivered, sending a clear signal about News Corp's commitment to developing talent globally.
