Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a content lead for Global Employer Brand Content to guide top-of-funnel talent communications across the PepsiCoJobs digital ecosystem. You will own how PepsiCo shows up for Professional and Tech & Digital audiences—shaping stories, channels, and local market adaptations.

In this strategic and hands-on role, you’ll develop campaigns, coordinate with Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Marketing, and creative agencies, ensuring globally consistent, locally relevant content that

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in social media strategy, employer branding, recruitment marketing, or digital content management.
• Proven storytelling and editorial craft across formats.
• Strong understanding of global content strategy and local market activation.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global employer brand social activations across LinkedIn, Instagram, Glassdoor, TikTok, YouTube and career sites.
• Lead content playbooks and franchises; guide regional activation teams and maintain a unified editorial voice.
• Collaborate with Employer Brand Content Team Leader, Recruitment Marketing, Talent Acquisition and external agencies.
• Analyze performance, refine editorial strategy, and report insights to multiple internal teams.
