Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in Talent Acquisition or equivalent
• Proven full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions
• Strong sourcing techniques including Boolean strings
• Experience conducting competency-based interviews
• Ability to draft and calibrate job descriptions with teams
• Partner with hiring managers to advise and support hiring
• Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret metrics
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Bias for action with autonomy and urgency
• Comfort working in global, scaling environments

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across a wide variety of roles and functions.
• Build pipelines through proactive sourcing, market mapping, and Boolean search.
• Conduct structured screening and competency-based interviews.
• Own job description drafting and calibration with hiring teams.
• Advise, train, and support hiring managers throughout the process.
• Drive continuous improvements across hiring processes and workflows.
• Use recruitment data and insights to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions.
• Support employer branding initiatives and candidate content.
• Build and maintain long-term talent pools for niche roles.
• Collaborate with the People team to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
