Responsibilities

• Update database of applicants and post job descriptions.
• Innovate iFLIP's recruiting efforts.
• Conduct interviews with applicants.
• Write detailed reports on applicants.
• Record deadlines for applicant decisions.
• Work with Cofounder to facilitate hiring.
