Job summary

Rheem is seeking an Enterprise Sustainability Analyst to measure, track, and analyze sustainability metrics across global manufacturing sites, reporting to the Sustainability Engineering Manager and collaborating with product, marketing, engineering, facilities, and operations.

The ideal candidate will support Zero Waste to Landfill, greenhouse gas footprint reductions, and market-specific sustainability elements, with hybrid work and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, industrial) or life sciences.
• 3+ years in sustainability, environmental science, or engineering roles.
• Familiarity with GHG accounting and Life Cycle Assessments.
• Experience with global manufacturing or diverse operations.
• Excellent analytical and project management skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Willingness to travel globally for programs.

Responsibilities

• Collate and analyze sustainability metrics across global locations toward goals.
• Conduct waste audits and data analysis at global sites for Zero Waste to Landfill.
• Build greenhouse gas inventories for Rheem’s locations.
• Measure progress toward 2025 sustainability goals.
• Assist in measuring environmental impact of product portfolio and marketing elements.
• Help implement Sustainability Strategy Sessions.
• Contribute to competitive research on HVACR sustainability initiatives.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to fulfill requests.
• Share progress to secure commitment for sustainable development.
• Potential Life Cycle Assessments and data gathering from EPD requests.
• Other duties as assigned.
