Compensation ranges from $340,000 to $510,000, including significant benefits.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in global supply and/or technical operations within biotech or pharma.
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end supply organizations in a global, matrixed environment.
• Strong understanding of clinical-to-commercial supply transitions.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global supply strategy aligned with commercial expansion.
• Build and evolve an integrated Global Supply operating model.
• Oversee planning, S&OP, demand forecasting, and supply balancing.
