Job summary

Honeywell Building Automation is seeking a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager for Supply Resiliency. You will develop global strategies to strengthen supply continuity, lead cross-functional teams, and coordinate recovery actions during disruptions.

Based in the Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC area, you will work on a Hybrid schedule with direct reporting to the Senior Strategic Sourcing Director. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10+ years in strategic sourcing and risk

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in a related field.
10+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing and Supply Chain Risk Management.
Extensive knowledge of Electronics, Electricals and EMS commodities.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute global supply resiliency strategies to ensure continuity of supply for critical materials and services.
Identify, assess, and mitigate supply chain risks including single-source dependencies and geopolitical risks.
Lead supplier risk assessments and develop mitigation plans including dual sourcing and regional diversification.
Monitor supplier performance, capacity, lead times and market conditions to anticipate disruptions.
Support EOL/LTB processes and tools, monitor stock-out risks and timeliness of phasing in alternates or new designs.
Lead cross-functional response teams during supply disruptions to minimize impact.
Support new product introductions by ensuring resilient sourcing strategies early in the lifecycle.
Mentor sourcing professionals and foster proactive risk management.
