Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, procurement, or construction-related roles.
• Experience sourcing services, consumables, or commodities in project-based environments.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel modeling and data-driven decisions.
• Proven ability to manage supplier relationships, lead negotiations, and administer contracts.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the purchasing of services, consumables, and specialty materials for capital projects or manufacturing facilities.
• Develop procurement strategies and workflows across applications and product development efforts.
• Make and execute purchasing decisions to meet schedule, budget, and quality.
• Manage Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders per internal procurement policies.
• Develop and own global supply chain strategies aligned with growth, costs, and sustainability.
• Lead end-to-end network design including supplier selection, logistics optimization, and inventory positioning.
• Define and track KPIs like on-time delivery, cost per unit, and supplier quality.
• Collaborate with engineering, finance, operations, and project management.
• Travel as required to support project sites and negotiations.
