Job summary

Valar Atomics is seeking a senior supply chain professional to own end-to-end execution for an assigned product portfolio. You will ensure on-time, on-quality, and on-cost delivery while coordinating with Engineering, Program, Manufacturing, and Quality to align requirements and priorities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or program management.
  • Proven track record managing suppliers and supply chain performance in a fast-growth, highly regulated environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

  • Brings deep supply chain expertise to a fast-growth, highly regulated environment, balancing technical rigor with strong cross-functional leadership.

The Team

As part of the Manufacturing organization, Supply Chain secures the materials, equipment, and supplier partnerships required to support manufacturing and business operations. The team builds resilient supply chains while ensuring quality, cost, and delivery performance.

The Role

  • Owns end-to-end supply chain execution for an assigned product portfolio. Accountable for on-time, on-quality, on-cost delivery to point of use.
  • Acts as the cross-functional glue between Engineering, Program, Manufacturing, and Quality, aligning Supply chain requirements, execution, and priorities.
  • Drives supplier performance and risk management. Proactively identifying risks, leading mitigation plans, and managing recovery when things go off track.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end supply chain execution for an assigned product portfolio. Driveon-time, on-quality, on-cost delivery to point of use.
  • Partner cross-functionallywith Engineering, Program Management, Manufacturing, and Quality toalign onrequirements, execution, and priorities.
  • Identifyand proactively communicate internal and external supply chain risks. Build, drive, and own mitigation plans.
  • Track supplier execution andmanagecloselyscheduleperformance. Lead recovery and improvement plans across schedule, quality, cost, capacity, and scalability,leveraginginternal and externalresources.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain, operations,or program management.
  • Proventrack recordmanaging suppliers and supply chain performance in a fast-growth, highly regulated environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills. Ability to balance technical depth and

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Master's degree inSupply Chain Management,Industrial Engineering,or related field.
  • Nuclear industry experience
  • CPIM certification
  • Start-up | Fast growth company experience a plus.
