Our mission is to make clean, high-temperature nuclear power scalable—unlocking abundant energy for industry, hydrogen, and next-generation manufacturing. We are a team of builders, engineers, and operators who believe nuclear energy should be fast to deploy, factory-made, and built for the real world. Our first pilot plant in Orangeville, Utah will demonstrate how advanced nuclear systems and fuel fabrication can power the future. Joining Valar Atomics means becoming part of a company where autonomy, ownership, and impact exist at every level.

The Team

  • Drive on‑time, on‑quality, and on‑cost PO placement, tracking, and delivery.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Quality, and Supplier Quality to ensure parts and purchasing activities comply with nuclear industry regulatory requirements (10 CFR 830) and to maintain accurate purchasing records.
  • Partner with Engineering, Sourcing, and Quality to build and manage strong supplier relationships, managing expedites, schedule pull‑ins/push‑outs, and engineering changes.
  • Resolve discrepancies in goods receipts and invoices to ensure timely supplier payment.
  • Contribute to the development of supply chain short‑and‑medium‑term goals, processes, procedures, and KPIs. Support ERP/MRP system selection and implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, import/export laws, and certifications.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or Operations.
  • 5+ years of experience in hardware purchasing or supply chain, in an ERP‑driven environment.
  • Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, highly regulated environment with a strong sense of urgency. Detail‑oriented, results‑driven, strong communicator, and team player.
