Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is seeking a Senior Director of Supply Chain to lead end-to-end sourcing, procurement, and supply chain operations. Partner with CFO and executive team to drive cost efficiency, supply assurance, and scalable processes across a global footprint.

This role shapes sourcing strategies across direct and indirect spend, including packaging, logistics, and services, while building strong supplier partnerships and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain
• 3+ years in a senior leadership role
• Experience in high-growth Food Service/ Retail / CPG environments
• Proven success in complex negotiations and contract development
• Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent executive-level communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise-wide sourcing and procurement strategies aligned with financial and operational goals
• Partner with Finance and business leaders to drive cost discipline, margin improvement, and long-term value creation
• Lead supply chain transformation initiatives to support growth and scalability
• Anticipate supply chain risks and translate into clear strategies and actions
• Oversee procurement programs including vendor selection, contract negotiation, RFP/RFI processes, and supplier performance management
• Build sourcing strategies balancing cost, quality, service, reliability, and long-term needs
• Establish supplier performance scorecards and regular business reviews
• Define and own KPIs for the supply chain including cost savings, service levels, inventory and working capital
• Own cost-reduction targets and lead negotiations to mitigate inflationary pressures
• Build scalable processes and capabilities for domestic and global growth
• Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing supply chain team
