Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business, or related field required.
• 2–3 years of related project management or account implementation experience.
• Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of project management principles and planning.
• Strong ability to manage budgets, timelines, and risks.

Responsibilities

• Drive projects from inception to delivery including budget, timelines, and quality goals.
• Coordinate a global delivery model and cross-functional teams.
• Provide leadership and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture.
• Implement continuous improvement programs and best practices.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiations, and renewals.
• Travel up to 25% as necessary.
