Citi Hungary is hiring a Supply Chain Sourcing Senior Analyst to join our procurement team in a hybrid role. You will analyze spend, develop data-driven strategies, and support sourcing with savings and spend baselines across regions and categories.

In this role you’ll collaborate with suppliers and internal units, prepare bid packages, and monitor compliance. A bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years’ experience are preferred; the position offers a hybrid work model and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in procurement.
• Experience with procurement systems and tools.
• Experience with contracts and eProcurement tools.
• Experience with reporting and analytics.
• Risk and controls experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work unsupervised and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Create global data analytics strategy for procurement and analyze market data.
• Analyze spend by region, business and category for strategy input.
• Analyze supplier spend analytics and cost/forecasting metrics.
• Coordinate process changes and reporting improvements.
• Support sourcing with savings and spend baselines.
• Work with vendors and internal units on spend requests and RFx analyses.
• Develop reports and charts showing savings or spend changes.
• Prepare bid packages and educational events.
