Job summary

Lenovo, a global technology leader, invites graduates to join the Global Supply Chain Rotational Program based in Morrisville, North Carolina. The 2-year program offers four rotations across supply chain, BI, and engineering, with exposure to executive leadership and a structured path to final placement within Lenovo.

The program operates on a hybrid model (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) and provides a competitive base salary plus performance bonuses, including ATI.

Qualifications

• Eligible university studies completed between 2025 and June 2027 in Data Analytics, CS, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
• Ability to brainstorm new ideas while keeping up with fast-paced global supply chain.
• Ability to derive valuable insights from data to support business decisions.
• Curiosity about new technology and growth potential in a global tech company.
• Technical understanding in coding languages or data tools (VBA, SQL, data visualization tools, or Python).

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 2-year rotational program with four rotations across supply chain, BI, and operations.
• Rotate through areas including Supply Chain, Product Operations, Finance, and Data Engineering.
• Collaborate across functional groups to deliver data-driven insights and business impact.

About The Global Supply Chain Rotational Program

Lenovo recruits highly motivated graduates from diverse colleges and universities to join our Global Supply Chain Rotational Program (GSCRP) to develop the future leaders of one of the world’s top Supply Chains and Operations.

• 2-year program with four challenging rotations in Morrisville, North Carolina (Raleigh-Durham Area), where you will develop a broad base of understanding across supply chain, business intelligence, and engineering.
• Rotations are designed to maximize both visibility to executive leadership and the business impact that program members can provide.
• Lenovo has a hybrid model 3:2 model (three days in the office and two days working from home). We offer a competitive base salary and performance bonuses.
• Upon successfully completing the program, you'll be ready to find a final placement within Lenovo.

About The Rotations

The program participants will work with Business Intelligence Center of Excellence, Data Team and rotate through a series of projects that could be in the following areas but not limited to:

• Supply Chain
• Product Operations
• Finance
• Data Engineering

Basic Qualifications

• Have completed your university studies between 2025 and June 2027 with a degree in the following areas: Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related field
• Able to think on your feet and brainstorm fresh ideas while keeping up with the fast-paced nature of today’s global supply chain
• Able to drive valuable insights from data to make recommendations and sound business decisions
• Curious about new technological advancements and eager for the opportunity to make an impact and grow your career in a global technology company
• Technical understanding in coding languages/software (VBA, SQL, data visualization tools, or Python)

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior internship or work experience
• Experience building data pipelines
• Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining systems used to collect and analyze business intelligence data
• Detail-oriented to ensure that what we say matches what we do
• Ability to collaborate and work across functional groups

Our Hiring Process

• Phase I – August 28th to October 1st: Job Posting and Candidate Applications
• Phase II – Ongoing: Harver Assessment Video Interview
• Phase III – October 16th: On-site Interview Event
• Phase IV – October: Final offers
• Phase V – July 2027: Onboarding – New Employee Orientation (NEO)

We offer a competitive base salary and performance bonuses. The budgeted base salary range for this position is $80K- 82K. Individuals are also eligible to participate in Lenovo's Annual Term Incentive (ATI) Bonus Program, which is designed to support a team-oriented, customer-centric, and high-performance culture.
