Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Operations, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Consulting, or Program Management.
• Highly proficient in AI use.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply chain resilience strategies that strengthen Ford's end-to-end supply network.
• Establish governance models, risk management processes across the full value chain.
• Identify vulnerabilities and develop mitigation plans to improve continuity and stability.
• Lead resilience workstreams across Electrical, Exterior, Interior, Powertrain, and Chassis systems.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives and deliver improvements in resilience.
• Manage timelines, milestones, risk registers, and executive reporting.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and dashboards for senior leadership.
• Translate risks into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Lead governance forums and facilitate decisions across stakeholders.
• Utilize data analytics and risk intelligence tools to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop KPIs and metrics to measure resilience performance.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance visibility and responsiveness.
• Benchmark Ford's resilience capabilities against industry best practices.
