Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Supply Chain and Property Manager for Kuiper Government Solutions in Northridge, CA. Qualifications

• 4+ years of procurement, supply chain, inventory management, contract management, lease administration or operations experience
• 4+ years of relevant strategic sourcing including vendor negotiations, global contract management, process improvement, operational and financial analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related technical field
• Experience in procurement, supply chain, inventory management, contract management, lease administration or operations
• Experience in strategic sourcing including vendor negotiations, global contract management, process improvement, operational and financial analysis
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Advanced Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python
• Experience in global supply chain management, managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced consumer electronics product company

Responsibilities

• Oversee the tactical implementation of ALG’s supply chain risk management plan
• Develop sourcing and negotiation strategies that deliver against business objectives and achieves sustainable relationships with suppliers
• Own KGS vendor management. Develop spend strategies, identify potential suppliers, analyze supplier capabilities, select suppliers and determine prices, terms, and conditions of agreements; including managing daily purchasing activities to enable efficient and timely execution of engineering design, build, and test activities
• Work with engineers on procurement strategy and Bill of Materials to ensure preferred vendor selection in accordance with customer requirements
• Be responsible for execution and review of the KGS Business System modules for logistics, inventory, and property management
• Be a business partner to Professional Services leadership team and executives, providing insights to help shape the strategy of the business
• Provide strategic guidance to area leadership teams, bringing deep knowledge of supply chain processes, logistics, inventory and property management best practices
