Job summary

Cytiva is seeking a Business Process Expert (BPE) in Supply Chain Planning to enable efficient global processes and ERP optimization. The role offers responsibility for governing planning business processes and delivering standardized templates across ERP systems at Cytiva sites.

The candidate will collaborate with leadership to address bottlenecks, drive continuous improvement, and support adoption of innovative solutions within a multinational supply chain.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP/Oracle experience in commercial, manufacturing and logistics roles.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and integration points.
• Excellent project management, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be a visible partner for user community; gather, analyze and document objectives.
• Lead ERP planning modules and drive process automation improvements.
• Develop SME partnerships and drive cross-functional deliverables.
• Deliver global processes and template standardization across ERPs.
• Develop long-term strategies for process and tech optimization.
