Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Senior Director, Planning Transformation to lead end-to-end planning capabilities across demand, supply, inventory, S&OE and IBP. The role oversees a Planning Centre of Excellence and governance, partnering with IT, Data and AI to build scalable analytics and data foundations.

The position requires senior leadership experience in a large, global environment, with a focus on standards, performance management and sustained adoption.

Qualifications

• End-to-end planning expertise across demand, supply, inventory, S&OE and IBP.
• Experience leading multi-year planning transformation from vision to benefits realization.
• Strong understanding of master data management, analytics and AI-enabled planning.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single accountable business owner for Planning Transformation and roadmap.
• Define and deploy global planning processes, governance and roles.
• Own requirements and design authority for planning solution landscape.
• Establish baselines and value tracking linked to service, inventory, costs and revenue.
• Design the Planning COE mandate, services and governance; lead analytics and training.
• Own the Supply Chain Item domain governance and data quality.
• Partner with IT, Data and AI to create a trusted planning data foundation.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and capability building for adoption.
