Job summary

The role requires cross-functional engagement with production, suppliers, engineering, logistics and other teams. You will forecast, analyze data, manage safety stock, EOQ, and coordinate with suppliers for new product launches, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in supply chain, operations, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Purchasing/Planning/Scheduling or Supply Chain Management.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze data to optimize production.
• Proficient in MS Excel and data analysis.
• Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and forecasting.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.
• Willingness to support extended hours and weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure demand from all sources is supported.
• Manage safety stock levels and EOQ optimization.
• Maintain planning system parameters and master data.
• Prepare forecasts and analyses for management and suppliers.
• Provide data-driven status updates to management.
• Collaborate with operations, R&D, and logistics on planning and system improvements.
• Coordinate supplier ramps for new product launches.
• Execute daily purchase orders and track on-time delivery.
• Manage inventory accuracy and cycle counts.
• Identify gaps and propose solutions to meet plans.
