Job summary

Crayola Corporate is seeking a Supply Chain Planner & Analyst in a hybrid role based in Easton, PA. You will manage finished, semi-finished, and raw material planning with internal teams and external suppliers, ensuring data accuracy in SAP and related tools.

You will drive inventory optimization, lead lifecycle management for products, and collaborate with Demand Planning, Logistics, and Sales to meet annual plans and minimize costs.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business, Industrial Management, Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
• 5+ years in production planning, inventory management, and external manufacturing with international purchasing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of MPS, MRP, DRP and inventory replenishment/stocking strategies.
• Interest in applying AI, automation tools, or advanced analytics to improve planning.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage global capacity planning to maximize asset utilization and contingency plans.
• Develop and execute purchasing and production plans to meet service levels and minimize cost.
• Control material movement across Crayola's global distribution network.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle with cross-functional teams for new launches.
• Collaborate to improve lead times, MOQ, and inventory; support Lean projects.
• Lead meetings with stakeholders to align production requirements and configurations.
• Maintain coordination with Demand Planning and Customer Service on forecast needs.
