Job summary

Becton Dickinson is seeking a Senior Project Manager in the Pharmacy Automation segment to lead supplier footprint optimization and complex transfer initiatives that enhance cost competitiveness, resilience, and scalability across global suppliers.

You will coordinate across Procurement, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, R&D, and Supply Chain to deliver strategic objectives on time and within scope. This role requires strong leadership and stakeholder influence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading complex supply chain, sourcing, supplier transfer, or optimization projects within a manufacturing environment.
• PM certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supplier footprint optimization and supplier transfer projects aligned with category and sourcing strategies.
• Develop project roadmaps, implementation plans, milestones, governance structures, and success metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and R&D.
• Manage supplier qualification, validation, onboarding, and operational readiness activities.
• Drive risk identification, mitigation planning, issue resolution, and escalation management.
• Communicate project progress, risks, milestones, timelines, and financial impacts to leadership and business stakeholders.
