Job summary

Aristocrat Gaming in Las Vegas is seeking a Project Manager to lead initiatives within Global Supply Chain Operations and New Product Introductions. You will drive cross-functional collaboration across Hardware Engineering, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Product Management, Sales, and R&D to deliver projects from inception to post-launch.

You will develop timelines, manage deliverables, communicate status and risks, and ensure quality standards across all project outputs.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in project management.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, or related area; PMP certification is an advantage.
Experience in Global Supply Chain or New Product Development is preferred.

Responsibilities

Direct project management activities in Global Supply Chain Operations and New Product Introductions.
Collaborate with Hardware Engineering, Global Strategic Sourcing, Global Supply and Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Operations, Procurement, Product Management, Sales, Safety, and R&D teams.
Provide leadership and direction from project inception through post-launch.
Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to determine project requirements and deliverables.
Monitor project progress and implement changes to ensure successful completion.
Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to collaborators.
Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure flawless execution.
