Job summary

PLEXSYS is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to lead the global supply chain and logistics for multiple contracts. You will report to the Contracts Administration Manager and supervise procurement, vendor management, inventory, and spares programs to ensure on-time delivery within budget.

The role demands 7–10 years of government logistics experience, strong leadership and communication, and proficiency with spreadsheets and logistics software.

Qualifications

• Seven to ten years of government/contractor logistics and supply chain experience.
• Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes to support contracts globally.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Ability to construct and understand complex spreadsheets and supply software systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage complex supply chain and logistics requirements for multiple contracts.
• Oversee procurement, vendor management, and inventory/spares programs.
• Coordinate with project leads to meet goals and milestones.
• Develop risk management strategies for programs and budgets.
• Ensure FIAR compliance and effective daily operations.
