Job summary

Givaudan, a leader in fragrances, flavors, and wellness solutions, seeks a strategic executive to lead its global supply chain. The role requires aligning demand, manufacturing capabilities, and growth objectives with senior leadership across Commercial, Operations, Procurement and Finance.

Ideal candidates bring 15–20 years of global manufacturing SCM leadership and 8–12 years of people management, with fluency in English and strong change-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, SCM, Operations Management or related field.
• MBA or master's degree preferred.
• 15–20 years of progressive supply chain leadership within complex global manufacturing.
• 8–12 years of progressive experience in people management.
• Fluency in English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for global supply chain across Operations.
• Lead regional and local SCM policy definition in coordination with Operations, Procurement and Sales.
• Drive regional SCM initiatives and S&OP processes; monitor performance and KPI targets.
• Oversee talent development and succession planning within regional Supply Chain & Planning.
• Influence senior leaders across Commercial, Operations, Procurement, Finance and Executive Management.
