Job summary

A premium hydration solutions company in Costa Mesa, CA seeks a Senior Manager of Global Supply Chain to enhance processes across demand and supply planning. This role demands 10+ years of experience in consumer products and requires expertise in S&OP, inventory optimization, and ERP systems. This onsite position offers a salary range of $125,000 to $145,000, with a collaborative culture focused on growth. Candidates with a Bachelor's degree and bilingual English/Mandarin are preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of supply chain experience in consumer products, manufacturing, and distribution.
• Strong background in S&OP and inventory optimization.
• Experience with direct import models and/or OEM partners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owning and improving supply chain processes across demand planning and inventory management.
• Leading U.S. Sales & Operations Planning process.
• Developing rolling forecasts to support manufacturing planning.
