Job summary

Pyka seeks a seasoned Head of Supply Chain to lead global operations as we scale production of autonomous electric aircraft. You will own end-to-end sourcing, inventory management, international logistics, and supplier relationships.

You’ll shape teams, strategies, and ERP-driven processes, partnering with engineering, finance, and program management to deliver reliable, cost-efficient supply chains in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in supply chain or production roles.
• 3+ years in a leadership role focused on supply chain.
• Proven procurement strategy and cost-saving track record.
• Experience with CM’s in China and Mexico on similar products.
• Strong leadership and team development abilities.
• Deep ERP systems understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of supply chain professionals and hire world-class talent.
• Source, build, and maintain supplier relationships, negotiating terms and long-term agreements.
• Drive cost-down strategies including vendor selection and insource/outsource decisions.
• Manage complex international logistics to/from the US facility, optimizing speed and cost.
• Own, develop, and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.
• Contribute to ERP (Odoo) improvements and KPI tracking.
• Collaborate with engineering, program management, finance, and business leaders to resolve issues.
• Identify process improvements to reduce costs and improve performance.
• Monitor KPIs and report supply chain health to management.
• Be hands-on as needed in a startup environment.
