Job summary

Zipline in South San Francisco is seeking a Global Supply Management Intern to gain hands-on exposure to sourcing, analytics, and supplier relationships that power Zipline’s global supply chain. Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field (Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Economics).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable with spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Assist in tracking and analyzing supplier performance, purchase orders, and delivery timelines.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations on supply chain metrics.
• Support sourcing activities by gathering quotes, conducting supplier research, and benchmarking costs.
• Work with internal stakeholders to troubleshoot supply issues and identify process improvements.
• Participate in supplier meetings and cross-functional discussions to gain exposure to negotiations.
• Document and standardize processes to help build scalable systems.
