Job summary

Celeros Flow Technology seeks a Supply Chain Excellence Manager to partner with the Director of Supply Chain and advance the Supply Chain Excellence roadmap across our global operations. You will drive governance, capability development, process excellence, performance management, and transformation initiatives that improve supply chain effectiveness and organizational maturity.

Success in this role will be measured by translating strategic objectives into executed actions and measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, operations management, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Sourcing, Operations, Project Management, Continuous Improvement, or related business functions.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional process improvement, transformation, capability development, or operational excellence initiatives.
• Background in engineered-to-order, industrial manufacturing, or other low-volume, high-complexity environments preferred.
• Experience with SAP, Power BI, or equivalent enterprise systems preferred.
• APICS (CPIM or CSCP), CPSM, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar professional certification is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain governance, KPI frameworks, and performance management across global supply chain operations.
• Lead initiatives to standardize sourcing, procurement, and supplier management processes.
• Document, map, and improve critical supply chain processes and standards.
• Partner with business leaders to improve process consistency, efficiency, and compliance.
• Drive transformation initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and digital enablement.
