Banner Engineering is seeking a Director of Global Supply Chain to lead procurement, supplier relations, planning, and inventory management, aligning strategies with financial targets.

You will drive digital transformation through automation, analytics, AI, ERP optimization, and data-driven decisions, while building global category strategies and ensuring compliance.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in electronics/manufacturing supply chain, strong leadership, and Oracle EBS/APICS experience.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 10+ years of supply chain experience in electronics or manufacturing.
• Strong supplier management track record.
• Strategic decision-making that drives results.
• Demonstrated enterprise-level business thinking.
• Ability to influence across all levels and functions.
• Oracle EBS experience and APICS certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all supply chain operations including procurement, vendor relations, supplier quality, supply planning, and inventory management.
• Develop global category strategies for high-spend, complex commodities.
• Lead digital transformation of Banner's supply chain through automation, analytics, AI, ERP optimization and data-driven decision making.
• Define strategies, budgets, and policies supporting global supply chain goals.
• Manage supplier evaluation and contract lifecycle; build executive supplier reviews.
• Ensure procurement compliance with laws and internal policies.
