Job summary

Azenta Inc. seeks a Director, Integrated Supply Chain to lead procurement, sourcing, logistics, and supplier management across global sites.

You will craft a scalable, data-driven function delivering cost optimization, supplier performance, and timely materials movement for laboratory and manufacturing operations. You will coach global teams, align with Finance/Quality/Facilities/R&D, and drive continuous improvement in end-to-end supply chain processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
10+ years in procurement/chain ops, life sciences or regulated environments.
Minimum 5+ years of people leadership, managing managers or dispersed teams.
Proven ability to develop procurement strategies and achieve cost savings.
Experience with ERP, sourcing, spend analytics; NetSuite preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead global procurement and logistics strategy across direct/indirect spend.
Build and develop a high-performing procurement and logistics team.
Establish supplier governance, scorecards, and QBRs.
Drive end-to-end materials availability and Lean/continuous improvement.
Partner with Finance and Ops to manage budgets and savings targets.
Ensure compliance with policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Provide strategic updates to senior leadership and manage risk.
