Job summary

Syndax Pharmaceuticals seeks a Senior Director, Global Supply Chain Network Planning & Risk Management to lead integrated planning, network strategy, inventory management and supply risk across clinical and commercial supply chains.

You will align demand forecasts with manufacturing plans, and partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Commercial, Finance and Clinical Operations to ensure supply reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, business, operations, pharmaceutical sciences, chemistry or related discipline.
• 15+ years of progressive pharmaceutical or biotechnolgy supply-chain experience with leadership in planning, forecasting, inventory, network strategy and risk management.
• Deep expertise in supply planning, demand planning, S&OP, C&OP, inventory management and capacity planning.
• Experience building and operating structured supply risk management programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) aligning demand, capacity, inventory, financial plans and business priorities.
• Own global supply planning across clinical and commercial programs for drug substance and drug product.
• Establish demand-planning processes that integrate forecasts and lifecycle activities.
• Lead risk management across the network with mitigation and governance.
• Develop long-range network and capacity strategies for portfolio growth and resilience.
• Chair weekly Production Control meetings to drive execution of production and material flow.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required.
