Job summary

Figure, an AI robotics company in San Jose, seeks a Supply Chain Analytics Intern for Winter 2027 to support the Global Supply Management team. You will own the supplier ramp and readiness toolset, from the current build to the next, and run a build kickoff readiness review at term end.

Responsibilities include tracking supplier quotes and MSAs, managing tooling/NRE POs, and normalizing costs by sub-assembly to drive future reductions. Strong Excel, SQL/Python, and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Rising senior or recent graduate in supply chain, industrial engineering, operations, business or related field.
• Graduating within one year and available full time for the winter term 2027 (≈16 weeks).
• Advanced Excel with Power Query, lookups and pivots; SQL or Python for data joining across systems.
• Working knowledge of hardware supply chain basics: BOMs, quotes, POs, tooling.
• Clear written communication; ability to document processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the sourcing status tracker with per-part BOM data, NDA/MSA status and ASL qualification; refresh weekly.
• Own tooling and NRE tracker across POs, with kickoff, FAI and milestone dates tracked.
• Own build cost baseline and next-build targets by sub-assembly for cost reductions.
• Own supplier capacity view and flag gaps; support onboarding with NDA, MSA, quality docs.
• Pull supplier scorecard data for QBRs and build quote analysis packs.
• At term end, run kickoff readiness review and document handoff for ongoing use.
