Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Purchasing, Operations, or a related field within a manufacturing facility.
• Hands-on experience with supply chain management, procurement, material planning, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve critical supply escalations for global manufacturing sites to minimize production disruptions.
• Escalate material shortages within supplier leadership teams to ensure timely delivery responses.
• Update and analyze global runout sheets to align with production plans and supplier needs.
• Provide flexibility to work outside normal hours to support other regions with urgent issues.
• Support escalation requests for on-time sample builds to meet launch schedules.
• Participate in purchasing and operations meetings, providing supply chain insights.
• Provide regular shortage status updates to internal stakeholders and plants.
• Analyze market and technology trends impacting supply chain performance.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers to support long-term collaboration.
• Serve as key purchasing interface to all global plants for assigned programs.
