Job summary

Aristocrat is seeking an experienced Director of Supply Chain Accounting to lead the general ledger, cost accounting, and monthly close across our global operations. You will drive accurate costing, BOM integrity, and robust internal controls in collaboration with engineering, production, and finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing accounting teams.
• Strong understanding of ERPs, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to implement process improvements and digital tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the general ledger and cost accounting of global integration centers.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close, including reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Ensure accurate calculation and monitoring of standard and actual costs in D365.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Production to maintain BOMs and routings.
• Standardize general ledger and cost accounting procedures across the network.
• Identify opportunities for margin improvement via cost optimization and waste reduction.
• Partner with technical accounting and finance teams on complex matters.
• Support development and improvement of accounting processes and internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and governance.
• Coordinate annual external audits and act as primary contact for auditors.
• Lead and guide the supply chain accounting team (4 direct reports).
• Serve as strategic advisor to finance and manufacturing leadership on cost and inventory optimization.
