Job summary

MSD Malaysia is offering a Global Supplier Quality Internship as part of the Future Talent Program. The 10–12 week summer internship will involve working on strategic goals, dashboards, and data-driven quality management initiatives under guidance from senior leaders.

Qualifications

Currently a student (junior or senior) enrolled in a B.S. in Science/Engineering/Data Analytics program.
Experience with data analytics and data visualization tools.
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams.
Demonstrates interpersonal skills, collaboration, and inclusion in a team environment.
Self-starter with ability to develop innovative solutions to challenges.

Responsibilities

Develop a project plan to address the strategy, define the problem statement and identify milestones.
Schedule routine meetings with stakeholders to collect input.
Participate in Staff/Tier process and raise concerns.
Maintain metrics and tracking of progress and provide periodic reports to Manager/team.
Ensure data compliance with GMP, GDP and departmental procedures; maintain high integrity of data.
Participate in all offered intern activities.
