Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. is seeking a Supplier Quality Control Engineer responsible for ensuring that equipment and services meet quality, regulatory, and customer requirements through effective QA/QC principles. The role involves inspections, compliance management, and supplier quality oversight.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Structural Engineering and have at least 5 years of experience in related industries. Excellent benefits and development opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, quality, or power generation industries.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and perform inspection activities.
• Professional certifications such as CWI, CQE, or NDT preferred or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Apply QA/QC principles to ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and company quality standards.
• Support the Mitsubishi Power Quality Management System and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform in-process and final inspections at supplier facilities for structural, mechanical, and electrical components.
