G&W Electric seeks a Director of Global Supplier Quality to lead cross-functional teams in achieving ISO and regulatory compliance across global operations. Based in Bolingbrook, IL, you will standardize best practices and improve supplier quality from engineering through customer life cycle.

You will drive roadmaps and quality strategies for NPI, oversee risk management and PPAP processes, and manage budgets and performance reporting to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading supplier quality programs and PPAP processes.
• Proven ability to develop and implement quality roadmaps and strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with root-ccause techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the roadmap to achieve long-term supplier quality vision.
• Lead quality strategies in support of New Product Introduction (NPI).
• Ensure supplier risk management, supplier qualification, and PPAP oversight.
