• Bachelor’s in an engineering field; 15+ years total with 6+ years in leadership.
• Experience solving complex quality issues with root-cause analysis.
• Proven cross-functional leadership across engineering and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the roadmap to achieve the long-term global production quality vision.
• Lead quality strategies to support New Product Introduction and full-rate production.
• Oversee supplier quality issue resolution and PPAP support.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for risk management and process control.
• Prepare management reports on global production performance and cost of quality.
