• Identify and drive large-scale process transformations that automate and optimize supplier onboarding.
• Define the framework for contract management, driving automation and compliance.
• Partner with teams to manage supplier spend commitments and negotiations.
• Analyze data to identify trends and efficiencies for strategic adjustments.
