The internship emphasizes collaboration, communication, and the ability to work across sites to resolve manufacturing and quality issues. Hybrid work arrangements are available for summer participation.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a B.S. degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or other sciences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsabilités

• Assist in supplier development and performance management activities.
• Support problem-solving and root-cause investigations for supplier issues.
• Participate in risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
• Engage with suppliers and internal teams to improve processes.
