Job summary

Loft Orbital Solutions is seeking a Sub-Contracts Manager to lead the evaluation, negotiation, and management of critical sub-contracts with our strategic suppliers. This role requires a proven track record of at least 6 years in sub-contract management, excellent organizational and negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The position offers competitive compensation of $130,000–$160,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits including 100% employer-paid health insurance, flexible time off, and parental leave.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in sub-contract management.
• Experience in a company with a production/test environment.
• Fluent in French and/or Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation and negotiation of sub-contracts.
• Manage contract changes throughout lifecycle.
• Monitor and report sub-contractor performance.
