Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 4+ years in clinical operations, project management, SSU, or trial optimization.
• 2+ years managing site activation and study start‑up processes.
• Experience with country‑level ICF creation.
• Fluency in local language and English.
• Strong data, forecasting, and database skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Clinical Operations to improve start‑up metrics and processes.
• Provide leadership, oversight, and mentoring to the SSU team for global programs.
• Develop data‑driven forecasting models, planning scenarios, and benchmarking tools.
• Create country‑specific Informed Consent Forms (ICFs) based on templates and local rules.
• Ensure SSU standards are applied consistently and drive process improvements.
• Lead data collection and analysis to influence SSU timelines and decisions.
• Use industry data sources and tools to support forecasting and site readiness insights.
• Agree on site deliverables and escalate delays as needed.
• Drive Ready to Enroll status for sponsor and CRO sites.
• Act as escalation point for site activation challenges with Study Managers.
