Civia Health is seeking a Global Study Delivery Lead to spearhead its worldwide study portfolio, delivering studies on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This hands-on role partners with in-country teams, acts as primary client contact, and sets the benchmark for delivery excellence across the organization.

The successful candidate will bring 10–15 years of clinical trial delivery experience, strong program management capabilities, and a proven ability to mentor delivery

Formación

• 10-15 years of clinical trial delivery experience.
• Proven ability to design, document, implement, and scale delivery and project-management systems.
• Strong regulatory, GCP, GDPR and operational literacy.

Responsabilidades

• Own the global study portfolio delivery end-to-end across start-up, recruitment, execution, and close-out.
• Lead with in-country delivery teams to maintain a single high standard across studies and geographies.
• Act as primary client contact for delivery, building trust and ensuring commitments are met.

Educación

B.S./B.A.; MBA or equivalent advantageous
