Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent and 8 years of professional experience.
• An earned doctorate, or current enrollment with demonstrated progress toward a doctorate, in a relevant field such as business administration and management or a related discipline.
• Experience with outreach and building alumni networks, mentoring programs, alumni communications, or collaborations with development and alumni relations offices.

Responsibilities

• Program Operations, Grant Administration & Compliance: Manage day-to-day operational activities across Initiative-supported programs.
• Financial & Contract Management: Monitor budgets, grant accounts, and financial reporting; ensure timely obligations.
• Personnel Management & Administrative Leadership: Supervise and develop Initiative staff; maintain procedures for efficient operations.
• Program Planning, Events & Logistics: Plan and execute events, workshops, and logistics for initiatives.
• University Relations & Partnership Development: Liaise with university offices and external partners; foster collaborations.
• Communications, Outreach & Alumni Engagement: Coordinate outreach, content, and alumni engagement activities.
