Responsibilities

• Serve as a Designated School Official for F-1 visa program.
• Advise students on immigration, cultural, personal, and financial matters.
• Manage F-1 and J-1 records for reporting compliance.
• Assist with immigration applications and STEM OPT processing.
• Maintain I-983 records and develop web resources.
• Create and assess educational programs; support orientation and cross-cultural programs.
• Collaborate with campus partners and maintain systems (Banner, ISSS software).
• Assist with Terra Dotta Systems transition and Charlotte Global events.
